I’m a UK based Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement functional consultant with 10+ years in the IT industry. As well as Dynamics 365, I’m also comfortable consulting across the Microsoft technology stack with significant experience in the following technologies:
- Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Office 365/Yammer
Whilst being a functional consultant, I have a technical background and enjoy working with new and emerging technologies especially those in the Dynamics stack such as Field Services, Voice of the Customer and more recently LiveAssist by CafeX.
I’m currently a consultant for a major Dynamics 365 Gold partner in the UK who are part of the Dynamics Inner Circle community and have previously worked at other gold partners.
My aim for this blog is to provide solid real world expertise in working within the Dynamics 365 and related technology stacks. I hope that my experiences and comments will help inspire others to be more open and honest about their experiences to collectively improve the Dynamics 365 community.
